Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Universal in CDMX! The young gentleman at the hotel gave us great tips on transportation, making exploring the city a breeze. The room was basic but cozy, with a comfy king-size bed and all the necessary amenities. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, making our stay hassle-free. The hotel's location is a bit further from the main attractions, but there are plenty of food places nearby, perfect for sampling local flavors. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding a personal touch to our stay. A budget-friendly option with great value for money and excellent service.
